Following this achievement, Biljana relocated to the United States to further her legal career.
Biljana obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude, ranking fourth in her class, and earning placement on the Dean’s List every semester. During her time at NIU, Biljana was a member of NIU’s Law Review, serving as Staff Editor on Volume 41 and later as Notes and Comments Editor on Volume 42.
